Employee Satisfaction Survey App Power Apps

Our friendly survey tool helps us hear what you think about your workplace. It's easy to use and lets you share your thoughts and feelings about your job. When you fill out the survey, your answers are safely stored and help us make your work experience better. You can easily pick your answers using simple buttons, menus, and sliders.

After you submit your feedback, your manager and our HR team get a gentle heads-up, and you'll receive a copy of your responses by email. We also make sure to pay special attention if anyone shares concerns about not feeling happy at work or feeling worried, so we can offer support when needed.

Features:

1. Submit a New Survey: Users can submit a new survey, Draft a survey, Submit the survey as an anonymous user. Also, user receives an Email Notification with all the Responses in PDF Format
2. My Surveys: Users can see their submitted and draft surveys, Users can edit or delete a Drafted survey, Validations for single/multiple surveys as well as survey End date
3. All Surveys: This screen only visible to Admins, Admins can filter Surveys based on Employee Name and Department. Admins can also visit to Dashboard Page.
4. Survey Dashboard: Administrators can display a chart of employee survey responses for a few key items, like Job Satisfaction, Job Causes Stress, Like to Come to Office, How Happy At Work, Need Training, Salary, and so on.
5. HR Dashboard: The HR Survey Dashboard page is exclusively accessible to HR professionals. They can view survey replies (with ratings), Shows a progress meter for each survey response. HR professionals can search for queries and view their responses.
6. Survey Settings: Here, you can modify the Company Logo, Allow Multiple Surveys, Allow Anonymous Surveys, All Screen Text Headers, Survey End Date, and other settings for the employee survey satisfaction app. All changes will be reflected once the user presses the Save button.

Tools We Used:

• Power Apps: The Employee Satisfaction Survey App is designed with Power Apps Canvas with modern controls.
• Power Automate: All alerts to HR and Admins, including survey confirmation submission and PDF generation, are built with Microsoft Power Automate.
• PowerShell: We have a complete PowerShell script that will build all of the necessary SharePoint lists and libraries, including the default admin settings.
